Working in tourism is always interesting. Choosing a resort and hotel for your clients, telling about routes and the best places for excursions, you learn not only how to negotiate and close successful deals, but also learn more about history, customs and traditions of different peoples of the world, learn all the nuances associated with the paperwork for travel abroad, you can plan the right vacation for yourself and your family with minimum time spent on finding out all the details that affect the trip to bring only positive emotions.

In our first class, we’ll start with the “basics”.
Introduction to Tourism. Tour operators and travel agents. Terminology. Basic principles of operation.
Class 2
In the second class we will study the geography of tourism. When, where and why. Passports and visas.
Class 3
In the third lesson we study the types of tours, the components of tours and tour packages, we make tour calculations, we understand taxation in tourism.
Class 4
In Lesson 4 we will have an in-depth study of flight search engines. We will learn the difference between charter and regular flights, search systems and airline alliances. In detail, using examples, we’ll figure out how to find the ticket you want at a competitive price, and how not to fall into the trap of a solid and non-colidated ticket.
Class 5
In Lesson 5 you’ll fly into the world of Africa. George will share his knowledge gained from traveling in this region as well as the main routes, nuances and locations related to organizing trips in Africa.
Class 6
In Session 6 we will work in detail the “route” of working with the client from the call to the issuance of documents. We will examine in detail how to select the tour, we will look at the system of IT-tour, we will study the operators’ agreements and how to fill them, we will work through from A to Z the algorithm of one of the most complicated tasks in tourism, that is the creation of an offer for tourists.
Class 7
The seventh lesson we will have in 2 parts, because it is devoted to SOUTH AMERICA. George visited all the countries of South America! From the knowledge he has gained about tour planning and from traveling in the region, he will open up the region for you in an easy to understand way. There is a lot of personal material in the video! Fall in love with South America the way he did! Enjoy!
Class 8
In Session 8 we’ll deal with the client, we’ll study how to create a unique selling and travel offer, we’ll share our experience in creating products for the market, we’ll consolidate the skills we’ve learned so far in our tour matching and search lessons.
Class 9
At the 9th lesson we will examine in detail the question of advertising in Google, smm in tourism. How to communicate with tourists in social networks, how to create mailing groups, where to advertise yourself, etc. An hour and a half of personal experience that will 100% save you 10 000 … dollars.
Class 10
At the 10th lesson we will examine in details the most popular European destinations for tourists from Ukraine, we will get acquainted with the mass tourism destinations, and we will also learn where, when, and how Ukrainians spend their holidays in Europe).
Class 11
At the 11th lesson we will deal in detail with the concept of bus tours, and use our own experience to tell how to organize them, and what nuances to take into account. We will work through the example of timing of one of the bus tours to Prague. We will also analyze the problems of insurance in tourism and luggage insurance as well as the advantages and disadvantages of a special supplementary option: the insurance against non-departure.
Class 12
At the 12th lesson we will analyze in details where and how to go in Ukraine, where to have a rest. How is the reception of tourists in Ukraine, as well as all the features of the organization of tours in our country.
Class 13
At the 13th lesson we will “fly” to Asia. We will see all the basic countries that tourists fly to, as well as go into details of unexplored Central Asia. We will tell how to properly prepare a tourist for the tour, the important points about the visa formalities, questions about drugs, etc.. – We will also raise the important points about visa formalities, questions about medicine, etc.
Class 14
Lesson 14 explores the unknown: Antarctica, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada. The lesson begins with important visa requirements for these countries, and covers the seasons, tour arrangements, and looks at how and why expedition cruises to Antarctica are organized.
Class 15
In Lesson 15 we will examine in detail the contracts with operators, tourists and other service providers. We will talk about all the nuances, and the main points to pay attention to. We will share our vision of communication with customers and tourists.
Class 16
Online lecture (1 hour) over Skype, Zoon, Viber with everyone who has completed our School course. We answer questions, consult, check knowledge.
